If you need a uniform, or exchange, please have someone help you be measured at home and fill out the form below. Use a soft flexible tailor's tape, the kind you use for sewing. If you don't have one at home most dollar stores carry them. Having your measurements ahead of time will help speed up the process of you receiving your uniform.
If you have any questions regarding your uniform please attend the supply room and speak with CI Hall on Mondays and Tuesday evenings.
